Sauna & Ice 

Cultures have been doing sauna & ice baths for thousands of years, now medical studies are coming out with the many benefits. Some of these benefits are: ​​

Lecture, instruction and coaching are done for the sauna and ice. Ice baths are in a 100-200 gallon tub that's between 35-39 degrees F. The sauna is around 180-200F. Participants will spend 2-3 minutes in the ice then 15 minutes in the sauna and possibly do multiple rounds, rinsing off in-between. 

We take all precautions to train responsibly. Our water is chlorinated to kill all viruses & the sauna is socially distanced.
