We draw from Crossfit, strength & conditioning, sport specific training and active recovery in nature to create personalized training to reach your goals.


We are known for our unique pool workouts done with dumbbells. These workouts combine breathing, movement and recovery. You learn to breathe properly in the water, you are moving in the water & the water acts as a recovery agent. Water workouts have shown to get up to 30% more power output in runners & vertical jumps compared to traditional training. It's challenging, fun, great for rehab or physical therapy & easier on the joints. ​Athletes love this unique training.
